WARRANTY

Assistance and Warranty Procedures 

Classic warranty duration: 2 years

 

To access the warranty, the customer must contact us by email or via discord explaining his problem.Before carrying out any technical support operation, the operator must verify that the customer has not in any way made any changes or altered the integrity of the product to following the sale (eg removed RAM, changed fans without contacting us etc etc).  

 

At this point, the technical support will respond to the customer by giving an appointment to the same (possibly the day you were contacted) and if necessary will start the screen sharing through TeamViewer (if computer, or call / discord if other product) to try to remotely fix the problem if it was just a software problem (driver update, system update, bios update and so on).

 

In the event that the support finds that the problem is not software but physical, the customer must undertake to send the product to us (at the customer's expense) and the company will cover the replacement costs of any damaged component. The company undertakes to ship the product to the customer on the first working day after the completion of the work.

Extended Warranty Duration:

3 years

4 years

The intervention will be borne by the company, including parts replacements.

The clauses specified in the paragraph of the classic guarantee apply.
