• How is my pc assembled?
  All our computers are assembled only upon receipt of your order, in order to avoid any damage and / or wear of the components.

• How are the accessories installed? *
  All the accessories are installed when the pc is assembled so that you do not have to do anything but turn on the pc and enjoy your game session!
  Do you install the software and programs?
  All RGB control software and various component drivers are already included in the final build. If you have special requests, for example some program such as games laucher or others, write it in the notes box that we will install. The games will also already be installed (only at your request). In this case you will only have to log in with your account.

• Is the shipment safe?
  Of course! All builds are packed in the original case box, using the included Styrofoam. In addition, we use a special packaging called InstaPak quick, an expandable foam cushion that we place inside the case to keep all components in place during transport. On the outside, however, for  protect the glass side panel, we use air cushions.

• How does the configurator work?
  Our configurator has been carefully studied together with an expert website builder. 
  With the configurator, everyone can create a customized PC, even the less experienced, just choose the components you want. If you are unsure of what to choose, just rely on live assistance through discord!

• Isn't there a risk of choosing incompatible components?
  No. For the configurator only compatible components have been chosen and all possible combinations have been studied to respect all price ranges.

• How does Discord support work?
  It is very simple. All you have to do is click on one of the links that lead to our server (see menu above or the button below). You will be redirected to a web page (or application if already installed) in a specific channel called # non-ver-help-desk.
  Here you can follow the instructions you will find written. In addition, if you want to be part of our community, just go to the #genesis channel, which you will find below, and react to the message with the rules after reading it, so as to be able to see all the channels.
